I am a firm believer in the inalienable right of a being to express itself. By that I mean absolutely no one can take away your right to expression. It doesn't matter if they put you in jail; you could write books from jail. If they tie your hands up, you could scream. If they cut your tongue off, you could move your body to express the agony inside it. As long as your heart beats, your body will have avenues to expression, and that right is absolutely inalienable.
In my writing, I explore the full range of freedom of expression I have been given. I explore ideas that might otherwise be considered taboo. I speak about subjects that rarely see the light of day in civilized conversation. And I make claims and present arguments that may contradict the common narratives. This is my spiritual practice. It helps me see myself in, and in contrast to, what I write.

If you had asked me what my childhood was like before August 28th, 2020, I would have said I had a very normal childhood. All the while, I was struggling with porn addiction, sex addiction, and binge eating, in a long-term relationship that was under duress, partly because of my inability to stay centered and contained.
Then something changed, and for the very first time, I asked myself the question: wait, was I sexually abused as a child?
That question began a whole journey: becoming aware of the phenomenon of repressed memories, recovering my own memories, making peace with the fact that I may never know for sure, and still being able to change my lived experience to a place where I no longer suffer from the addictions and compulsions I described before.
This podcast describes that whole journey, and in it I have interviewed others who have experienced the recovery of repressed memories. It is particularly well suited for those with an alternative healing and mystical bent of mind.
